1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1520 will never request your password through any communication channel at any time. Users are not permitted to share or transfer their account to any other party. The use of automated bots, scripts, or any other software tools not expressly approved in writing by 1520 to interact with the platform constitutes a serious breach of these terms. We reserve the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious usage patterns and take appropriate action, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
Users must ensure they are playing within their financial means and are not relying on loans or debt to fund their betting activity. 1520 fully supports responsible gambling practices and encourages users to set personal limits on deposits and playing time. 4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1520 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a variety of payment methods suited to local Malaysian users, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment options listed on the platform. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed in your account section.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, depending on the selected payment method and any verification requirements. 1520 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving withdrawal transactions, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, users may submit a complaint through 1520's official customer support channels within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1520 and its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical service disruptions, or loss of data.
1520 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, any available balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation. Should the investigation find no evidence of fraud, the balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not permitted to re-register using the same or different identity information. Any attempt to circumvent this ban may result in further legal action. 1520 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, following written notice sent to the user's registered email address.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Other Provisions
All content on the 1520 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, images, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 1520 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or exploit any platform content without express written permission from 1520.
The 1520 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for your convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 1520 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit independently.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
